Organization Lean Assessment
This is an assessment of the current operations to identify opportunities for the application of Lean.Evaluate how the quality model interfaces with the overall objectives and strategic goals of the organization to determine which areas to develop that would further support the Lean Cuture.
Specific organizational concerns will be identified including; financial, capacity, LOS, reimbursement, patient wait time, Turn around Times, process errors, staffing and patient/organization satisfaction.
Review of the assessment is conducted and the assessment outcome is used to identify target areas for Lean implementation.
