Methods of Conversion
SLH along with Leadership will develop a detailed personalized implementation plan. This will be based on the Lean assessment, the organizations goals and timeline.
As part of the initial plan, Models of Excellence will be developed and instituted in which all the components of Lean are applied. These Models of Excellence give trainees the experience to apply each of the lean tools.
Leadership will determine the method and responsibility to oversee the implementation and plan for the Lean Conversion.
