Selected  staff will be trained and developed to become Lean Healthcare experts and lead your organization in a  Lean transformation. Part of the  Lean training is to provide the tools for the  employees to evaluate their work, become problem solvers and identify the changes that will improve the process.

The role of the managers is one that provides support and coaches the staff to  implement change and create the environment that will sustain the improvements.
