Communication of Lean throughout the organization should be clearly defined and standardized. A standardized process for communication will ensure all employees are up to date on Lean improvements.

 The organization will have dedicated Lean Resources. Initially, the use of experienced Quality Management staff and project team facilitators would speed up the learning process.  Additional staff will be trained as Lean is being implemented.

Regularly scheduled meetings with the Lean Conversion Team will be set to evaluate the Lean progress and update conversion plans as necessary. SLH will provide ongoing support though the Lean Transformation process with site visits, conference calls and follow-up of action implementation plans.
